Oncology esthetics practitioners have an in-depth understanding of the cancer journey, and the physical and emotional hurdles patients encounter. They are skilled in adapting esthetic treatments to the safety and comfort of their patient during treatments. As treatment progresses, clients may target issues such as dry skin, rashes, redness, sensitivity, hair loss, nail lifting, and more. The scope of oncology esthetic training and their benefits is wide-ranging depending on client specific needs. This involves adjustments in session length, employing a gentle touch, selecting appropriate products, and addressing particular concerns related to cancer treatments, such as ports or regions. You will learn in this training types of chemo drugs that cause skin breakouts, you will also learn about radiation treatments and the burns you can treat as an Oncology Esthetician. We will use medical grade oncology products to help your patients during cancer treatments **This course is 2 Days Online. The 3rd Day is a Saturday In-Person Clinical Training 10am-3pm.
