I’m Sharon Smith — a faith-driven educator, trichologist, and visionary dedicated to restoring confidence, healing hearts, and empowering others to walk boldly in their purpose. For over eight years, I’ve proudly served as a licensed instructor and school owner, training, mentoring, and graduating hundreds of students who have gone on to open successful salons and beauty businesses of their own.

As the founder of Smith Natural Hair Academy, the first natural hair school established in Robeson County, I laid the foundation for natural hair education in North Carolina for almost a decade. What began as a mission to teach texture and technique soon evolved into something far deeper — a ministry of healing, purpose, and empowerment through education.

Building on that legacy, I established the Remedy Institute of Trichology & Oncology Holistic Health, an advanced educational platform designed to bridge beauty wellness and holistic health. Remedy was created to help professionals and future Trichologists Oncology Estheticians, Cranial Prosthetic and Hair loss Practitioners gain a deeper understanding of scalp health, hair loss, and oncology herbal wellness practices that promote true restoration — from the inside out.

Every course, certification, and program offered through Remedy reflects a commitment to excellence, integrity, and empowerment. My vision is to educate, equip, and inspire others to walk in purpose while creating meaningful change in the beauty and wellness industry.
